The left side of the hemisphere is responsible for. What the left and right hemispheres of our brain are "responsible for"

The human brain is the most important and least studied organ of the human body.

Let's figure out what our brain hemispheres are responsible for and why some people are active mainly on the left, while others have the right.

What is the left hemisphere of the brain responsible for?

The left hemisphere of the brain is responsible for verbal information. It controls reading, speaking and writing. Thanks to his work, a person can memorize a variety of dates, facts and events.

Also the left hemisphere of the brain is responsible for logical thinking... Here all information received from the outside is processed, analyzed, classified and conclusions are formulated. It processes information analytically and consistently.

What is the right hemisphere of the brain responsible for?

Right by the lusphere of the brain is responsible for processing of non-verbal information expressed in images, and not in words. Here are the human abilities for various types of creativity, the ability to give dreams, fantasize, compose. It is responsible for generating creative ideas and thoughts.

Also right the hemisphere of the brain is responsible for recognition of complex images, such as people's faces, as well as emotions displayed on these faces. It processes information simultaneously and holistically.

It should be noted that a well-coordinated work of both hemispheres is needed for a successful human life.

Which hemisphere of your brain is active?

There is a visual, psychophysiological brain hemisphere test (Vladimir Pugach test), with which you can easily determine which half of your brain is active at a given time. Look at the picture. Which way does the girl turn?

If it is clockwise, it means that at the moment your left hemisphere activity predominates, and if it is counterclockwise, then right hemispheric activity.

Some can observe the moment of a change in the activity of the hemispheres, and then the girl begins to rotate in the opposite direction. This is inherent in people (very few) who simultaneously have left and right brain activity, the so-called ambidextrous.

They can achieve the effect of changing the direction of rotation by tilting the head or by consistently concentrating and defocusing their vision.

But what about the child's brain?

The most intensive development of the brain occurs in the first years of a child's life. And at this time the right hemisphere is dominant in children. Since the child learns the world with the help of images, almost all thought processes take place in it.

But we live in a world of logic, in a world with a crazy pace of life, we are in a hurry to do everything, we want more for our children. We try to give them the maximum, stock up on all sorts of techniques early development and practically from the cradle we begin to teach our children to read, count, we try to give them encyclopedic knowledge, giving early stimulation to the left, and the figurative, intuitive right remains, as it were, out of work.

And, therefore, when a child grows, matures, the left hemisphere becomes dominant, and in the right, due to the lack of stimulation and a decrease in the number of connections between the two halves of the brain, an irreversible decrease in potential occurs.

I want to assure you right away that I am not urging you to let the mental development of your children take their course. On the contrary! Age under 6 is the most successful age for developing brain potential. It is just that development should not be as early as timely. And if it is laid down by nature that in early age in children, the right dominates, then maybe it is worth developing it, not trying to stimulate the work of the left early with methods aimed at developing logical thinking?

Moreover, the opportunities that our children lose in childhood precisely because of the lack of training in the right hemisphere include truly phenomenal abilities. For example: memorizing unlimited amounts of information using images (photographic memory), speed reading and this is just the beginning of the list of superpowers that your child can possess with the correct systematic training of the right hemisphere.

I will tell you more about the superpowers that children with a developed right hemisphere have in the next article.

The brain is the most important organ of the body, consisting of. To understand the characteristics of a person, it is important to know what the right hemisphere of the brain is responsible for, and what the left is responsible for.

A person has sense organs with which he is connected with the outside world:

 • hearing;
 • vision;
 • sense of smell;
 • taste and tactile sensations through which he receives information.

And all this processing is done by the brain. In addition, it is used to:

 • planning action;
 • making decisions;
 • coordination of movements;
 • recognition of emotions, dividing them into positive and negative;
 • development of attention and memory;
 • thinking (higher function).

Separation of functions

The hemispheres of the brain are not separate structures that work in isolation. There is a gap with the corpus callosum between them. This helps both hemispheres to function in a coordinated manner.

All movements on one side of the body are directed by the opposite part of the brain. So, if a person makes a movement with his right hand, it means that she received an impulse from the left hemisphere. In people who have experienced a stroke (a violation of blood circulation in the area of the brain), the side of the body that is opposite to the affected area is paralyzed.

The brain has two components - gray and white matter. , all human activities are under its control, and white is nerve fibers that perform many functions that govern the coordinated work of both hemispheres. Gray matter is formed in a person under the age of 6 years.

Left half functions

Due to the fact that the brain consists of two hemispheres, each of them is involved to a greater or lesser extent and performs its own functions. This discovery was made less than a century ago by American neurosurgeons Bogen, Vogel and neuropsychologist Sperry.

The left hemisphere is responsible for a person's ability to use language as a means of communication. It controls:

 • the process of speech (construction of phrases, vocabulary);
 • the ability to decipher information obtained with the help of the organs of vision;
 • the use of graphic characters in writing;
 • important information.

Man differs from the whole animal world in that he is the only one with the developed ability to think, for which the left hemisphere is also responsible.

This side of the brain is able not only to perceive information, but also to process it. It is the left hemisphere that recognizes numbers and symbols, because it can decipher them.

Since a person is able to think logically thanks to the left hemisphere, it is this part of the brain for a long time was considered leading (dominant). But this is only true when functions are executed:

 • speech;
 • letter;
 • solving mathematical problems;
 • movement of the right half of the body.

Usually, different types of activities require activation of a certain part of the brain.

Right half tasks

The ability to think in humans exists not only due to the work of the left half of the brain, but also of the right hemisphere. But for a long time, scientists did not see much benefit from the right hemisphere, and if damaged, surgeons could remove it, considering it the same rudimentary organ as the appendix.

It got to the point that a child who was learning to write and took a pen in his left hand was retrained and forced to work with his right hand.

Since intuition and concrete imaginative thinking are the merit of the right lobe, these functions were not considered important. And intuition was generally ridiculed, and its existence was questioned. It has been proven that this is nothing more than a myth.

Today, those people who can think outside the box are especially valuable, and their creativity is a bright feature of a creative personality. Psychologists believe that for a long time the upbringing of children was left-brain. Therefore, in bookstores you can find collections of exercises with which you can learn to stimulate the right hemisphere of the brain.

Based on this, the question arises: if a scientist has developed logical thinking, for which the left hemisphere of the brain is responsible, then why does he need the right? Maybe he doesn't need it?

Over time, scientists have come to the conclusion that right hemisphere functions are important for the rest of the brain as well. It turned out that most mathematicians simultaneously use the style of thinking inherent in the opposite proportion. Ordinary people think with words, but during scientific activity imagery is often connected to this. Therefore, this ability of both parts to synchronize results in non-standard solutions, inventions, innovations in different spheres of life.

Albert Einstein was late in speaking and writing as a child. This means that his right hemisphere was actively developing during this period. Thanks to him, he created his own signs of inner speech, and then used them in scientific activities. This world-famous scientist was not given school sciences, except mathematics. But nevertheless he became an educated person and created the physical theory of relativity, the quantum theory of heat capacity.

Analysis of his brain showed that the left and right hemispheres of the brain are more connected than in ordinary people, and some areas are enlarged. This feature allowed a world-renowned scientist to present useful inventions to mankind.

The right hemisphere of the brain is responsible for processing non-verbal information, which is presented in the form of pictures, signs, symbols, schemes. In addition, a person who has a developed right lobe differs in that he:

 • orientates in space, collects puzzles;
 • has an ear for music and aptitude for music;
 • understands the subtext of what was said;
 • able to dream and fantasize, invent, compose;
 • has the ability to be creative, in particular, to draw;
 • processes in parallel information coming from several sources.

These abilities make people interesting, extraordinary, creative.

Hemisphere development

A child's brain works differently than an adult's. These differences are due to the fact that in a baby everything develops in stages, and in an adult it is an already formed organ.

Scientists have proven that the most important periods influencing the development of emotions, cognition and adaptation in society are years from 1 to 4. The rate of formation of new neurons in a child is 700 per second. In an adult, the number of connections is gradually decreasing (hence the forgetfulness, inattention, slowness of reactions in the elderly).

First, the child actively develops zones responsible for perception - vision and hearing. Then the area responsible for speech is activated. Then the process of cognition is formed.

Many parents want their child to develop according to their intended purpose. And if the kid does not live up to their expectations, they try to "repurpose" the children's brains and end up with an artist or mathematician.

Each person owns a tool for brain development - these are his fingers. To make a small child speak faster, exercises for fine motor skills are done with him. To get active work of the left and right hemispheres, they try to do not quite standard actions during the day. For example, those who like to draw try to do it in a mirror image.

Another exercise is the Ring. They make it from the thumb and forefinger. Then in turn thumb connect with the middle, ring and little fingers. This should be done as quickly as possible. First with one hand and then with two at the same time.

During normal charging, you need to often connect opposite limbs: the left hand with the right leg and vice versa. You can reach your right ear with your left hand, then everything is exactly the opposite. It is useful to do daily activities with an inactive hand:

 • fasten buttons on clothes;
 • write on paper;
 • sweep;
 • dust off;
 • use cutlery.

The result is the productivity of different parts of the brain.

Those who want to study the exact sciences do not need to specialize only in logical tasks... By developing imaginative thinking, you can achieve significant results even in physics and mathematics.

Hello dear readers of my blog! Today we will focus on the left hemisphere of the brain, which is responsible for logical thinking and speech, and also we will analyze how to develop and activate its functions. In the previous article I described his “brother” - which is more responsible for creativity. By balancing the work of both parts, you can achieve great results and success in all areas of life, so this is an important thing for almost all people.

The left hemisphere of the brain is sometimes called dominant. Firstly, because in 90% of people it is more developed than right, and secondly, the role of its mental functions in human activity is difficult to overestimate. Let's consider them in more detail.

Left hemisphere functions

Thinking

Both hemispheres are involved in thinking, but they are responsible for different aspects. So the left hemisphere, in contrast to the right, which considers the situation as a whole, processes information sequentially. It analyzes each individual fact and gives a logical assessment.

Verbal speech

One of the main functions of the left hemisphere is verbal speech. This is our ability to speak, read and write. In people with a damaged left side of the brain, speech functions are impaired and it is difficult to perceive information. Learning foreign languages is easier for people with well-developed left-sided thinking.

Score

The left hemisphere is also responsible for recognizing symbols and numbers. With its help, we solve mathematical problems and equations, we can remember dates and phone numbers.

Establishing causal relationships

Thanks to the left hemisphere, people are able to trace cause and effect relationships and draw conclusions. Therefore, the left-sided mindset is also called analytical. People who have this kind of thinking often go to work as investigators, analysts, etc.

Positive emotions

In the course of recent psychological research, it was found that the left hemisphere is responsible for positive emotions, and the right for negative ones.

Right side control

The left hemisphere controls the work of the right side of the body, and vice versa. That is, when we write with our right hand or perform some other action, this means that the signal came from the left side of the brain.

Properties of left-sided thinking

The functions listed above are performed by the left hemisphere in all people. But it also has the properties of a narrower specialization, which are prevalent in people with left-sided thinking. They are characterized by such qualities as purposefulness, logic, practicality, quick learning, organization.

In my article on the right hemisphere, I talked about how it is responsible for creativity. But if people with right-sided thinking, the left hemisphere is poorly developed, it is difficult for them to realize their ideas, due to inconsistency of actions and lack of purposefulness. Therefore, harmonization of the entire brain is very important.

Left hemisphere activation

There are special exercises to help turn on the left hemisphere. But even if it already dominates you, extra workout will not hurt.

Solving problems

Math and logic puzzles perfectly develop the left hemisphere of the brain. You can start with the simple ones and then move on to the more complex ones.

Solving crosswords is good, especially Sudoku, since they are based on numbers and require logic and analysis to solve them.

Physical exercises

To activate the left hemisphere, you need to use right side body. For example, perform normal activities with your right hand (write, brush your teeth, stir tea). For right-handers, this will not be difficult, but left-handers will have more difficult.

Also, while doing normal gymnastics, pay more attention to the right side of the body. For example, you can jump on your right leg, bend to the right, etc.

Self-massage

There are many points on the human body that are responsible for various organs, including the brain. At the base of the big toes there is a point responsible for the cerebellum, and below it are the points large hemispheres brain. By massaging the point under your right big toe, you activate the left hemisphere.

Fine motor skills of hands

Very useful for the development of the hemispheres fine motor skills hands. For this there is special exercise... Place the tip of your right little finger against the tip of your left thumb and your left little finger against your right thumb. Roll your hands so that the position of the fingers is reversed. Then the same thing needs to be done with the ring and index fingers.

But the best way for this is to touch the rosary with the right hand. Then you immediately execute 3 functions:

 • activate the left hemisphere
 • meditate
 • massage points on your fingertips

Pain in the left hemisphere

Many people suffer from headache localized on the left side of the head. The most common condition that causes such pain is migraine. Experts identify the following reasons:

 • physical and psychological exhaustion;
 • dehydration of the body;
 • stress;
 • poor blood circulation to the brain

To relieve migraine symptoms, you need to drink plenty of water and give the body a rest. Meditation can also help. Pranayama works especially well. Breathing exercises help oxygenate the brain and improve blood circulation.

But it must be borne in mind that pain in the left side of the head may also indicate other diseases that are more serious than migraine, so if you do not know what is their cause, it is better to consult a doctor.

I told you about the functions of the left hemisphere and its activation, but for the brain to function more efficiently, both parts of it must be developed. And which hemisphere you have, you can write in the comments to the article. I will also be glad if you share your knowledge about exercises to activate brain activity. Best regards, Ruslan Tsvirkun.

What does brain synchronization do?

Synchronization of the cerebral hemispheres through exercise

The human brain is usually compared to a computer. It has many functions and is very powerful. But people use its resources only partially.

What is the left and right hemispheres of the brain responsible for?

You know very well that our brain consists of two hemispheres - right and left - each of which has its own functional features:

> The left side is responsible for logical thinking, analysis, rationality, speech and language ability.
> Areas of specialization on the right side of the brain - creativity, idea generation, imagination, non-standard solutions, intuition, emotions.

As a rule, some people have a better developed left hemisphere, while others have a right.

The winners are those whose work is synchronized.

After all, there are often people with a good analytical mind, but without a single idea of their own. And there are creative personalities overflowing with interesting and creative ideas, none of which has come true... Therefore, it is so important to develop the harmonious work of the brain, and not to get hung up on one of its halves.

In 1981, an American neuropsychologist, professor of Psychobiology Roger Sperry received the Nobel Prize for research in the field of interhemispheric brain specialization. Thanks to his work, scientists have come to the conclusion that when a person in his training uses technologies to harmonize his left and right sides, then the productivity and effectiveness of self-education increases.

What else does brain sync do?

the formation of new neural connections,
increased concentration and attention,
being in consciousness "Here and Now",
stopping internal dialogue (similar to meditation),
raising the intellectual level,
success in studies, self-education,
career advancement, self-realization,
maintaining youth and clarity of mind for many years,
prevention of many diseases of the brain.

It was also noticed that people with developed brain activity rarely get sick and recover quickly. And exercises to synchronize the hemispheres have a positive effect on a person's motor abilities.

Tempting? Then we begin to move on to ways of training and changing the work of the brain.

How to develop the hemispheres of the brain. Synchronizing hemispheres

A very important organ responsible for human thinking is the pineal gland - the pineal gland. It is located between the hemispheres, is responsible for the work of the entire endocrine system and the production of melatonin (the hormone of youth).

In many esoteric teachings, very great importance is attached to its activation. So in Taoism (Chinese traditional teaching) there are such understandings as "the center of the brain", its "cultivation", "operating" them, which is reduced to elementary concepts of concentration. No matter how much concentration and focusing are discussed, if consciousness is not synchronized, a person will not fully own them. He can only have observation related to the work of one or another part of the brain.

To bring the work of both parts to harmony, one should perform certain exercises developed by psychophysiologists. Hands play the main instrument here. Acting with two hands, a person develops both hemispheres.

Exercises to synchronize the cerebral hemispheres

The exercises will be difficult at first, so take your time. When it starts to work out, pick up the pace. They must be done daily. The number of repetitions of each exercise is at least 30 times.

Fist-palm. Place your hands in front of you: the left one is clenched into a fist, the palm of the right one looks down and is located at the level of the opposite wrist. Now we simultaneously change their position. There should always be a fist on top, palm down below.

"Ear-nose". With the fingers of your right hand, grasp the tip of the nose, and with the fingers of your left, grasp the right ear. Release your ear and nose at the same time, clap your hands and now grasp your nose with your left hand, and your ear with your right.

"Captain". We put one hand with a "visor" near the forehead, make sure that the thumb is hidden and not sticking out to the side. Fold the fingers on the other into a "class" sign. As in the previous exercises, you must simultaneously change the position of the hands.

To complicate things, you can add cotton before changing hands.

"Winner". The fingers on the right hand show the sign "peace", on the left - "ok". Your task is to synchronously change the position of your fingers.

"Ring". Connect the tip of your right thumb to the tip of your left index finger. The same with the thumb of the left hand with the index of the right. Thus, a "ring" is formed.

Thumbs are leading. Disconnect the lower fingers from each other, flip up and reconnect them. Repeat a few times.

When the exercise begins to work out, we complicate it: the thumb of the right hand no longer touches not the index, but the middle left hand; left thumb - right middle finger ... etc. We reach the little fingers and back.

Brain development: exercises for the brain

How to train your brain and memory? How to develop attention? How to learn languages quickly and easily? How do you learn new skills quickly? These questions will be answered in a series of training videos by the head of the Orpheus Development Center Tatiana Grinchuk.

Exercise "Ring" performed by A. Palienko:

3 minutes lesson for a lifetime! Harmonization of the right and left hemispheres of the brain

"Eights"... Arms are straight, extended parallel to the floor. At the same time, draw opposite horizontal eights with them (infinity sign). Repeat 15-20 times.

Now unidirectional eights (in one direction) - 15-20 times. First to the left, then to the right.

After that, the right hand continues to draw the figure eight horizontally - "x", and the left hand vertically - "8". Repeat 15-20 times and change: left - "x", right - "8".

Educational kinesthetics. Brain gymnastics. Lazy eights

"Working with elbows"... This exercise is perhaps the simplest. Take a blank A4 sheet of paper. Draw a "+" cross on it. Hang the piece of paper and stand in front of it. Look at the crossed lines you have drawn and do the following exercises:

The back is straight, with the left elbow touch the right knee, then the right elbow of the left knee. The number of repetitions is 15 times.

The back is straight, with the left elbow touch the left knee, then the right elbow of the right knee. The number of repetitions is 15 times.

Repeat 15 cross movements, then 15 parallel movements and again 15 cross movements.

After doing the exercises, you will notice how your mind cleared up, your brain "unloaded".

The listed set of exercises is very important to perform every day in order to achieve positive results. Their main point is to challenge yourself and win! Synchronizing the hemispheres of your brain will help you change your thinking and life. And these are not empty words. With the regular implementation of the complex, you will begin to notice changes: new ideas appear, problem solutions come quickly, they are creative and logical.

Science has long known that the human brain is divided into two hemispheres, the functions of which are strikingly different from each other. Left hemisphere used for speaking and reading, solving problems, reasoning, memorizing details and other actions. It represents the source of logical rational thinking, this is our intellectual analytical department.

Right hemisphere is a center for the emergence of ideas, orientation in space, intuition, musicality, emotionality and much more. It is responsible for the perception of form and space, the feeling of beauty, and everything else that the left hemisphere is unable to comprehend and systematize, including love, friendship, inspiration. This is the center of spiritual development ...

Scientific theories claim that in everyday life human consciousness is constantly rushing between the right and left hemispheres depending on the circumstances, affirming the principle of peaceful coexistence. For example, when a person solves a problem, the left hemisphere prevails. If you listen to music, the dominance goes to the right hemisphere ...

Psychophysiological and electrophysiological studies, revealing the secrets of the brain, have shown that the methods and speed of information processing in both hemispheres are also different.

The left hemisphere works more slowly in a discrete, sequential reflection and analysis principle. It builds a black and white image as a logical circuit (skeleton).

The right hemisphere processes signals integrally, instantly; it builds an image textured, in volume and color and in other features of the holographic image. But the scheme for constructing an image is taken by the right hemisphere from the left in the form of a meaning or concept.

If the connections between the left and right hemispheres of the brain are disrupted, a person will not understand what he sees or hears.

And the peaks of the brain's efficiency occur at those moments when the thinking of both hemispheres is synchronized. "

The brain is a complex and interconnected system, the largest and most functional
an important part of the central nervous system. Its functions include the processing of sensory information received
from the senses, planning, decision making, coordination, management
movements, positive and negative emotions, attention, memory. The highest
the function of the brain is thinking.

You can easily test which of the hemispheres of your brain is active in a given
moment.Take a look at this picture.

If the girl in the picture rotates clockwise, then at the moment
you are more active in the left hemisphere of the brain (logic, analysis). If she
turns counterclockwise, then you have an active right hemisphere
(emotions and intuition).

In which direction does the girl rotate for you? It turns out that with some effort
thoughts, you can make the girl rotate in any direction. To start,
try looking at the picture with a defocused gaze.

If you are looking at the picture at the same time as your partner, friend,
friend, acquaintance, it often happens that you simultaneously observe how
the girl rotates in two opposite directions - one sees the rotation in
clockwise and the other counterclockwise. It's ok, just at the moment you have
different hemispheres of the brain are active.

Areas of specialization of the left and right hemispheres of the brain

Left
hemisphere

Right
hemisphere

Main area of specialization in the left hemisphere
is logical thinking, and until recently, doctors believed it
hemisphere dominant. However, in fact, it dominates only when
performing the following functions.

The left hemisphere of the brain is responsible for language
ability. It controls speech, reading and writing abilities, memorizes
facts, names, dates and their spelling.

Analytical thinking:

The left hemisphere is responsible for logic and analysis. It is it that analyzes everything
facts. Numbers and mathematical symbols are also recognized by the left hemisphere.

Literal understanding of words:

The left hemisphere can only understand the literal meaning of words.

Sequential information processing:

Information is processed by the left hemisphere sequentially in stages.

Mathematical ability: Numbers and symbols also
recognized by the left hemisphere. Logical analytical approaches that
necessary to solve mathematical problems, are also a product
work of the left hemisphere.

Control over the movements of the right half of the body.When you lift
right hand, this means that the command to raise it came from the left
hemisphere.

Main area of specialization in the right hemisphere
is intuition. As a rule, he is not considered dominant. It is responsible for
performing the following functions.

Non-verbal information processing:

The right hemisphere specializes in processing information that is expressed
not in words, but in symbols and images.

Spatial orientation: Right hemisphere
responsible for the perception of location and spatial orientation in
the whole. It is thanks to the right hemisphere that you can navigate the terrain
and make mosaic puzzle pictures.

Musicality: Musical ability as well as the ability to perceive music depends
from the right hemisphere, although, however, for musical education answers
left hemisphere.

Metaphors: Using the right
hemisphere, we understand metaphors and the results of the work of someone else's imagination.
Thanks to him, we can understand not only the literal meaning of what we hear
or read. For example, if someone says: "It hangs on my
tail ", then the right hemisphere will understand exactly what he wanted to say
this person.

Imagination: The right hemisphere gives
we have the opportunity to dream and fantasize. With the help of the right hemisphere we can
compose various stories. By the way, the question "What if ..."
also sets the right hemisphere. Artistic Ability: Right Brain
responsible for the ability for the visual arts.

Emotions: Although emotions are not
are a product of the functioning of the right hemisphere, it is associated with them
more closely than the left.

Sex: Responsible for sex
the right hemisphere, unless of course you are too concerned with the technique itself
process.

Mystic: For mysticism and
religiosity corresponds to the right hemisphere.

Dreams: Right hemisphere
is also responsible for dreams.

Parallel information processing:

The right hemisphere can simultaneously process many different
information. It is able to look at the problem as a whole without applying analysis.
The right hemisphere also recognizes faces, and thanks to it we can perceive
a set of traits as a whole.

Controls the movements of the left half of the body:When you lift
left hand, this means that the command to raise it came from the right
hemisphere.

This can be schematically represented as follows :

After viewing these pictures, the picture with
double rotation.

How else can you check which of your hemispheres is more developed?

Squeeze your palms in front of you, now interlace your fingers and notice
which thumb is on top.

- clap your hands, mark which one
hand on top.

- cross your arms over your chest, mark
which forearm is on top.

- identify the leading eye.

How can one develop the ability of the hemispheres.

The left hemisphere thinks logically. The right helps
create new things, generate ideas, as it is fashionable to say now. However, you can
to be a mathematician with a well-developed left hemisphere and at the same time nothing new
invent. Or you can be a creator and pour ideas left and right and none of them
not to be realized due to the inconsistency and illogicality of their actions. Such
people also meet. And they lack only one thing: work on
improving your brain, bringing it into a harmonious state.

Meanwhile, psychophysiologists have long developed a system of exercises for
this. Music is good in this respect, for example, for pianists. Them from an early
childhood has already been made harmonious. After all, the most important tool for development
the brain is the hands. Acting with two hands, a person develops both hemispheres.

So let's move on to the exercises. Many of them are well known to us from childhood.

1. "Ear-nose". With the left hand we grab the tip of the nose, and with the right hand we take
the opposite ear, i.e. left. Release ear and nose at the same time, slap in
hands, change the position of the hands "exactly the opposite." I
i tried it, it turned out better as a child.

2. "Mirror Drawing". Put a blank sheet of paper on the table
take a pencil. Draw with both hands at the same time
mirror-symmetrical drawings, letters. In this exercise, you
should feel the relaxation of the eyes and hands, because while
the work of both hemispheres improves the efficiency of the whole brain.

3. "Ring". One by one and very quickly we touch our fingers,
connecting the index, middle, ring, little finger in a ring with the thumb.
First, you can use each hand separately, then simultaneously with both hands.

Now let's remember the lessons of physical education. No wonder we were forced to do exercises, in
which you had to reach with your left hand to your right leg and vice versa. They are
also develop our hemispheres, and help them work in concert.
