In this recipe, grated cheese is placed inside a meat patty.. The idea is that when fried, the cheese will melt inside the cutlet and become chewy. The cutlets turn out tender and soft. Make them small in size so that they have time to fry inside. You need to fry them with the lid open over low heat. Then they are guaranteed to turn out juicy.

Step-by-step recipe for minced meat cutlets with cheese

  1. Prepare all the necessary products. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

  2. Place the finished minced meat in a deep bowl. Peel the onion and chop it on a coarse grater or in any other way convenient for you. Place it in a bowl with minced meat.

  3. Add egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and spices (cumin and oregano).

  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. It is better to mix by hand, and this should be done for about 5 minutes. Make sure the minced meat becomes viscous and sticky, like plasticine.

  5. Pinch off a piece of minced meat slightly larger than a walnut and form into a flat cake. Place some grated cheese in the center and wrap it in a minced cake.


    Make the cutlets not round, but slightly flat. This way they will cook better and faster.

  6. Make cutlets this way using all the ingredients. You should have approximately 16 similar small cutlets.

    The cutlets can be fried immediately if you are limited on time. If not, then put the cutlet preparations in the refrigerator for at least half an hour or in the freezer for 15 minutes to cool. It tastes better this way. And then start frying.

  7. Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil. The cutlets need to be dipped only in well-heated oil so that a golden brown crust has time to form on their surface.

    If the cutlets are placed in a pan with cold oil, they will immediately release all their juices and subsequently become tough and dry.

  8. Turn the cutlets over when you see that the bottom, along the rim, they have turned white. This means that one side is already well cooked. Fry on the other side until done.

  9. Place the finished cutlets on a wide plate.

  10. Fry the second batch of cutlets in the same way. If necessary, add a little more oil to the pan.

  11. Fragrant, soft, very juicy cutlets can be served with any side dish. Enjoy.

Such beautiful, incredibly tasty cutlets are not a sin to serve on a festive table. Tomato caps decorated with melted cheese and herbs look very appetizing. Grated cheese is also added to the minced meat, so the cutlets themselves are very tender and juicy.

  • It will take time: 50 minutes.

Ingredients

Step-by-step recipe for cutlets baked in the oven with cheese and tomatoes

  1. Salt and pepper the minced meat to your taste. Add chopped onion and a clove of garlic.

  2. Divide a piece of cheese in half and grate half on a fine grater. Pour it into a bowl with minced meat and knead it well with your hand.

  3. Then place the lump of minced meat on a cutting board and beat it off. This means taking the minced meat in your hand, lifting it off the work surface and throwing it forcefully onto the cutting board. Beat this for at least 5 minutes.

  4. Slice the tomatoes 0.5 cm thick.

  5. Grease the baking dish generously with sunflower oil.

  6. Wet your hands and form into patties. Pinch off a piece of meat from the minced meat a little larger than a chicken egg. Roll it into a ball and then press it down a little so that your cutlets are no more than 1 cm thick.

  7. Place the cutlets in the prepared baking dish. Lubricate each with mayonnaise. This will make the cutlets more juicy and tasty.

  8. Place a tomato slice on top of each cutlet greased with mayonnaise. There is no need to add cheese yet.

  9. In this form, place the form with the cutlets to bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C. Bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Cut the cheese into pieces about 3-4 ml thick. Take out the form with cutlets. By that time, the juice should have come out of the cutlets, and the tomatoes on top should have already wilted, but under no circumstances should they burn.

  11. Place a piece of cheese on top of the tomatoes on each cutlet. Place back in the oven for another 15 minutes.

  12. Finely chop the greens. Remove the finished cutlets from the oven. Melted cheese lies on them like snow on mountain peaks. Decorate this beauty with greenery on top. Place the cutlets on a dish and you can serve them on a holiday or dinner table.

Cutlets with cheese are prepared in several ways. First: grated cheese is used as a filling and wrapped inside the cutlet. Second: chopped cheese is simply added to the minced meat.   • pork tenderloin – 250 g;
  • chicken breast – 250 g;
  • egg – 1 pc.;

Preparation

To prepare cutlets with cheese, the meat is washed, soaked for 20 minutes (if necessary) and cut into small pieces.


Prepared meat portions are ground in a meat grinder or blender. To the combined minced meat add either a piece of soaked white or rye bread, or one grated potato tuber and a beaten chicken egg.


The onion is peeled and finely chopped. Minced meat is seasoned with spices, onions and salt and thoroughly kneaded until it creaks.


The cheese is cut into small pieces. Cutlets are formed: several slices of cheese are placed into equal portions of minced meat. The cutlets are given the desired shape. Each piece is rolled in flour.


Cutlets with cheese are fried in oil until light brown and well heated so that the cheese filling remains inside.



The cutlets are baked in a hot oven for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.

  • sunflower oil (refined) – 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.

Preparation

    Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. Cut the peeled onion into 4 parts.

    Grind the meat into minced meat in any way convenient for you: using a meat grinder, food processor or blender. Add all the spices.

    The onion can be chopped together with the meat or twisted after it to push through the remaining minced meat. Add the beaten egg and onion to the minced meat.

    Stir until you obtain a homogeneous minced meat. Add salt at the very end. Place the minced meat in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

    Make flatbreads from the minced meat and place a piece of cheese in the center of each. Place some minced meat on top of the cheese and roll into round cutlets. Press them down lightly and give them an even shape.

    Pour breadcrumbs into a deep bowl and roll the cutlets in them on all sides. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

    To prevent the cutlets from overcooking, turn the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. After 5 minutes, remove the lid, increase the heat and fry the cutlets until golden brown.

    Meat cutlets will be a good addition to any side dish, and a light vegetable salad when served will add juiciness and brightness to the dish.

ON A NOTE. Choose pork without veins for cutlets. For breading, it is better to use homemade crackers - store-bought ones may have an unpleasant aftertaste, and then the taste of the finished dish will deteriorate sharply. Dry the white loaf slices in the oven, cool and grind in a blender or meat grinder. Breadcrumbs should be stored in a sealed container in a dry place.

  • the same amount of butter

How to cook pork cheese cutlets according to the recipe, with photos

We cut two thirds of the loaf crosswise, dry it in the oven (microwave), and then grind it either using a grater or shred it into thin strips to make a kind of “shavings.”



Soak the remaining third of the loaf in warm milk, and at this time we clean and wash the onion and meat.



We grind the meat, the onion, and the lightly squeezed milk bar in a meat grinder (blender).


Add salt and pepper, beat in the egg and knead our minced meat well.



Let's prepare the cheese and butter by cutting them into cubes. Let's cut as many pieces of cutlets with cheese as we plan to make.


We form balls from the minced meat, lightly flatten each of them in the palm of our hand and place a block of butter and cheese in the middle.


We close the edges and crush them slightly so that the end result is a single whole.
