  • Gelatin - 1 tbsp. l. without slide (10g.)

Preparation:

  1. Soak gelatin in warm water and dissolve it in a water bath.
  2. Beat baby cottage cheese together with cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
  3. Add dissolved gelatin to the mixture in a thin stream. Mix thoroughly and let it thicken.

  • Sugar – 200 g.

Preparation:

  1. Whisk the chicken yolks with granulated sugar until the crystals are completely dissolved.
  2. Sift the flour through a sieve and add in portions to the egg mixture. Pour a little milk there (100 or 150 ml.).
  3. Slowly bring the remaining milk to a boil, add vanillin, cinnamon or vanilla sugar.
  4. We take a blender, put a saucepan with a thick mass on a small fire, and, gradually pouring hot milk into the flour mixture, beat.
  5. Keep it on the stove for just a couple of minutes, then remove it, add oil and let it cool and thicken.

Waffle cake with this cream turns out very tasty. If you wish, you can additionally add a few tablespoons of pre-roasted ground nuts to the composition of this cream - it will also turn out great.

A sweet cake made from wafer cakes, sour cream and peach jam has an exquisite taste. It cooks very quickly and is eaten just as quickly by household members and guests.
