6. Put everything in a large bowl, add cottage cheese, sour cream. It is better to use thick sour cream. With liquid sour cream, you will not be able to serve it beautifully. Although just in a deep bowl you can. Salt and pepper to taste.

7. Gently mix all the ingredients, being careful not to damage their structure.

8. Take a small form, rub it from the inside with a clove of garlic. Then we coat with vegetable oil in a very thin layer. A cold dish will have a garlic aroma, but no garlic itself.
