  2. Add two eggs to the chopped green onion. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Add the flour to the mixed onion with the egg and add salt to your liking. We mix all products.
  4. If you like spices, you can add ground black pepper, oregano, basil, paprika, Italian herbs and turmeric. You can use one type of spice or combine the original flavors of several. The use of spices will make the taste of the dish original and fragrant.
  5. I really like to add greens to cutlets: parsley or dill.

Cooking method:

1. Rinse rice and boil until tender.

4. Soak the loaf in milk and put in minced meat.

5. Chop green onions and dill.

6. Put the greens in the minced meat and mix.

7. Add boiled rice.
