  1. For juiciness and volume, I advise you to add tomatoes to the green salad. In most cases, tomatoes go well with all ingredients. First you need to put all the greens in cold water so that it becomes elastic, and not sluggish. By the way, with pre-soaking, it justified itself perfectly. Dry all greens thoroughly from moisture. This is important, otherwise the salad greens will contain a lot of liquid.

  2. Tear off all the leaves from the sprigs of dill, parsley and basil and chop them roughly. Ideally, it is better to pick them with your fingers into shreds, and not cut them with a knife.
