Course of the lesson:

I ... Articulation gymnastics

1. Static exercise "window".

Target : teach to keep the mouth wide open; activate the circular muscle of the mouth and the mobility of the upper lip; teach to lower the root of the tongue and move the tongue close to the teeth.

Exercise progress : smile, open your mouth wide; move the relaxed tongue close to the teeth, hold the position for a count of 5.

2. Static exercise "fence".

Target : Develop the ability to keep the lips in a smile, exposing the lower and upper teeth.

Exercise progress: upper and lower teeth closed lips in a smile, keep lips in this position for up to 5.

3. Static exercise "needle".

Target : to develop the ability to keep the tongue narrow.

Exercise progress: smile, open your mouth, expose the incisors, stick a narrow, straight tongue between the teeth, hold to a count of 5.

4. Static sail exercise.

Target : learn to hold the tip of the tongue behind the upper teeth,

Target: develop upward movement of the front of the tongue.

Exercise progress: open your mouth slightly, and lick the upper lip with the wide front edge of the tongue, making a movement with the tongue from top to bottom (not from side to side).

9. Dynamic exercise"Let's brush our teeth."

Target: develop the ability to hold the tip of the tongue behind the lower teeth, activate the tip of the tongue.
