Joni-wise: the voice of silence. Mudra of a successful date

Wise and Bandhi are psychophysical positions, widely used in yogic practice to control mental states and related phenomena.

The wise are different from Asan in that they provide in-depth targeted elaboration of organs and systems. And if the Assan actually act on the human body mainly through the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, then the main objects of the effect of wise in the dense body are glands of the internal secretion and blood distribution. This is due to the enormous importance of the role of the endocrine system in the general regulation and coordination of the functions of all organs and the role of blood circulation in the delivery and distribution of the secretions of the internal secretion glands.

There is a wide variety of wise, ranging from the simple positions of the hands and fingers and ending with complex methods and subtle techniques of the concentration of the mind.

"Bandh" translated from Sanskrit means "to associate", "manage", "block", "hold", "connect" and "cut" at the same time. In yogic practice and, in particular, in Pranayama under Bandha, various muscle contractions are understood in order to affect blood circulation, the nervous system and the gland of the internal secretion.

From the point of view of the theory of yoga, the goal of BANDS is to awaken the fine pranic energy present in our bodies, and the management of this energy.

Bandhi is a combination of inner clamps, or locks designed to hold pranic or mental energy inside certain body zones so that the crushed strength can be directed and used to be appointed there and then where and when necessary. Without knowledge of wise and gang, the student will act in a very limited range of meditative technology and will not be able to progress.

This page includes only a minor amount of wise and gangs focused on preliminary preparation for meditation.

Most wise and gangs have a powerful force and therefore they should be mastered gradually and carefully, carefully observing their action so as not to harm the body or mind. If there is some kind of problem with the fulfillment of wise and gangs or the slightest physical discomfort, it is necessary to interrupt the practice until you find a qualified leader.

Nabi-Mudra - Symbol of Nek

Execution technique: Nabi-wise lies in touching the tongue of the tongue. This technique is used to close certain circulation contours of prana in the thin body channel system and is performed continuously throughout the practice of all exercises.

There are three main options of the Nabi-Wisdom: Wiji-Nabi-Mouda, Agny Nabi-Mudra and Jala- or Soma-Dhara-Nab-Chi-Mouda.

Wija-Nabi - This is a touch of a tongue of a solid neba directly above the top gum. It is the Wai-Naja-Mouda that holds all the time in the practice of any exercises, except for those cases when a different position is prescribed. The circuit of the circulation of Viyu-Prana is closed - air power has a key value for the overall control of processes occurring in a thin body.

Manda - Touch the tongue of the language of the solid neba in the place where it goes into a soft palate. It is used in the practice of wise and praniums when the downward flow rate is needed.

Jala- or Soma-dhara-Nabi-Mudra - It is a touch of a soft nose as close as possible to the throat. It is used in practicing praniums and contemplative techniques when a downward flow rate of water or a flow stream is required. Sometimes the position of the contact points varies somewhat, and to find the position of the circuit point, it is necessary to conduct a tongue on the ground in the area of \u200b\u200bone or another point. When the exact point of contact is reached, the body will feel the downward flow - the inner "rain" or "shower", on the surface of the skin "goosebumps".

After performing each Asana or the Asan Block, it takes some time to sit still with a vertical direct spine, waiting for the passage of the pranic pulse. If the feeling does not appear, you should spend several times with the tongue from the upper teeth to the pharynx and back, i.e., perform successively all three variants of a differential wise, one of which will certainly "work", indicating that the strength of the strength of the Element and What chain of energy channels the body prefers to use for self-regulation in this particular case.

Act: Nabi-wits in the version of the Wiji-Nabi-wise eating the necessary element of the practice of all Asan, which is of great importance to impart the quality of psycho-energy practices. In addition, the study of a native wise allows the practitioner to really feel the pranic streams in the body. This effect of a native wise is largely enhanced if it is combined with several stressful circular movements of the shoulder joints back or forward.

Giang Mudra (Jnana Muda)

(Symbolic print meditation and some pranayma exercises)

Execution technique: Sit into meditative asana. Bend the index fingers of both hands so that with their nails they rushed to the inner sides of the thumbs. Pull the remaining three fingers of each hand so that they are slightly placed. Place your hands on your knees with palms down in such a way that all your fingers point to the floor in front of the knees. Some prefer to perform Giang Mudra so that the thumbs are simply touched the tips of the index. It is also true.

Chin Muda

Chin Mudra is different from the Giang wise only by the fact that the palms of both hands are turned up. Both positions are simple and used in Padmasan, Siddhasan, Sidzha Yoni Asan, Sukhasan, Vajrasan and other Assans in order to redirect nerve impulses from hand up the body thanks to the size of the psychoneal channels.

Nasagara Muda

Nasag Mudra means "nasal wise" used during pranayama in meditative asana. The goal of the wise is to overlap one of the nostrils so that you can inhale or exhale through another nostril, as prescribed by the rules of Pranayama.

Execution technique: Seeking a meditative pose. Lower the left hand on the left knee in the Giana or the rank wise. Keep your right hand in face. Place the tips of the middle and index fingers of the right hand on the forehead in the interbrass area. These two fingers should be straightened. Big finger at the right nostril, and the name of the left. These fingers are used to manipulate nostrils. Mysinetty is inactive. Elbow right hand in front of the breast, and the hand from the elbow to the brush is almost vertically. Some practitioners suspend the elbow right hand with a bandage around the neck so that the hand is not tired during the long pranayama. Nasag Mudra can be performed with your left hand.

Yoni Muda

Yoni Mudra means "source position", but this mudra is also known as Shanmukhi Muda, i.e. "The position of nine gates" used by Kundalini yoga.

Execution technique: Sit to Padmasana, Siddhasana or Siddha Joni Asana. Inhale slowly and deep. Holding inhale, lift your hands to face. Close the ears with thumbs, eyes are indicable, nostrils are average, and unnamed and maizins over and under the lips to seal the mouth. Holding his breath inside, as far as possible, concentrate your attention to Bindu Chakra. Free the middle fingers from contact with nostrils, and slowly exhale and breathe again. Searate the nostrils again and continue in the same spirit.

Warning: This mudra uses Cumbhaca (i.e., breathing delay) and therefore it should be performed very carefully.
Benefit: Mudra helps distract attention (process of Pratyhary) and immerse the mind in itself.

Khchari wise

Khchari Mudra literally means "Position takeoff up". Muses are used as one of the most basic, in more complex and perfect meditative techniques, in which the skill of the implementation of Khchari wise is a prerequisite for the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Two forms of Khchari Wisre are known: Hatha Yogic shape and raja yogic form. Hatha yoga-shape should not be executed by a student without the experienced teacher's leadership, and the reader should understand her connection with Raja Yogic or the natural form of Khchari wise.

Execution technique:
Hatha Yogic Technique As mentioned, this form is performed only by more qualified students and under the supervision of the experienced guru. Practice requires tremendous perseverance and patience. Language tendons are cut every week. To do this, resort to surgical interference or to the sharp stone. The language is constantly massaged, wetting it daily by milk. We can use vegetable oil or other, harmless type of lubrication.

The process continues for many months until the language touches the tip of the Inter-Blood Center. When the language has reached the required length, it is starting to practice full Khchari Mudra. Rotate the language in the opposite direction towards the pharynx. Language gently slides to the upper cavity of the neck as far as possible. Language blocks air passages, then the center is awakened, known as Lalana Chakra.

Yogic Raja Technique Shut your mouth. Rate the tongue in the opposite direction so that its lower surface is touched to the nose. Try to convey the tip of the tongue as far as possible without tension. In this position, you can follow the choice of Udjii Pranaama. Perform it as much as you desire. If you feel discomfort, relax the language, relax and repeat the language lock. Gradually, with practice, the language will be able to slip into the sinuses of the nose, stimulating the nerve centers of the brain.

Breath: Beginners can breathe naturally and spontaneously. A few weeks or months they will be able to try to gradually reduce the respiratory rhythm until it reaches the ratio of 5 - 8 sighs per minute (sigh \u003d exhale + breath). Under the guidance of an experienced leader, respiratory rhythm can be reduced even more.
Warning: We remind you, do not try to try Hatha yogic form without experienced leadership. If Khchari Mudra performs during exercise, a bitter secretion can stand out in the mouth, which does not benefit. Therefore, a trainee is recommended to immediately terminate this practice.
Benefit: Mudra has a strong impact on a person. Over Naba, i.e. On the reverse side of it, there are certain glands and points that control the activity of the human body. Secrets begin to stand out at the pressure of the tongue on this area, which has a beneficial effect on the overall recovery. At the same time, saliva is produced, which eliminates thirst and hunger. It is known that yoga is capable of a long time to maintain the viability of the body after their burial is deep underground. They can support breathing for so long as wishes. Mudra awakens Kundalini Shakti, which contributes to the preservation of vital energy. The practice of Khchari wise in its full performance can lead to the separation of the astral body from the physical and movement of consciousness in Akasha (the space between the astral plan and physical). In ancient yoga texts, this mudra was considered as one of the most important wise.

Shambhavi Muda

Shambhavi Mudra means the "position of Lord Shiva." This mudra is also known as Bhrumadhya Drishti (contemplation of interfurs).

Execution technique: Sit into any meditative pose with a direct spine and put on your hands in the brush of the hands in Chin or Giang wise. See forward by fixing a look at any point. Then, without raising your heads, look up as far as possible. Now focus your eyes to the inter-corner center and concentrate on it.

Benefit: This mighty technique awakens Ajna Chakra, or the area of \u200b\u200bthe lowest consciousness with the highest. In physical terms, Mudra strengthens the muscles of the eyes, and in mental soothes the mind and dispels stress and anger.

Agocari Mudra

The name "Agocari Mudra" means "an unknown position." She is also called "Nasikhagra Drishti", i.e. View on the tip of the nose. Such technique is used in many forms of meditation.

Execution technique: Sit into any meditative asana. Head, neck and spin - on one vertical line. Focus on the tip of the nose.

Warning: Do not strain your eyes. Gradually, over weeks and months, increase the duration of the focus of the view.
Benefit: The power of the concentration is deepened, the chakra Mulaphara awakens, intrumerism develops and the practitioner is approaching spiritual consciousness.

Akashi Muda

The name of the wise means the "position of the internal space". This mighty technique should be approached carefully and master it slowly and carefully.

Execution technique: Sit into any meditative asana. Call the tongue back and advance its tip as far as possible by the nubble (Khchari Muda). Follow Udjii Pranaama and Shambhavi Mudra. At the same time, reject the head back so that the head does not rest in the upper back of the back. Breath deep and slow. At first, Uddeii Pranayama will cause discomfort in the throat area, but with practice it will pass.
Benefit: This wise will help the practitioner to enter the trance when the performance technique becomes flawless. The word "trance" here should not be understood as it is perceived in the West. The yogic understanding of the trance is limited by the fact that the practitioner reaches a more elevated stage of consciousness. Mudra fills the mind of tranquility and pacification.

Vajroli Mudra

The word "Vajrololi" means "a lightning strike", but so called Nadi (canal) in Svadhisthan, through which the movement of the practitioners is connected with sexual energy. It is believed that men, the following path meditation, occurs a natural tendency to exit spiritual energy through the sex system when sexual desires begin to be activated and require exit. However, the conscientious practice of Vajroli wise allows the disciple to take its prana under strict control and send it to the duty of the wake-up of spirituality.

There are two forms of Vajrol Wood: Easy and challenging for more prepared. Practice difficult without proper leadership dangerous

Simple form technique: Sit down to any convenient meditative asana. Place your hands on the knees, close your eyes and relax. Try to pull the floor organs up tightening and tensioning the bottom of the abdomen and the compression of the genitourinary system. This abbreviation is similar to the compression of the muscles that a person leads to move when it wishes to perseve, but forces himself to endure. In such cases, the genitals, both in men, and women are moving up a bit.

Complex technique: This technique may cause serious harm if carried out without an experienced guru. 12-inch silver tube (i.e., 30 cm) are inserted into the urine channel to seeds and through this tube at first water rises, then the milk, honey and other secretions. After a long practice, these secretions are drawn through the urethra-sucking channel without a tube. The tube or catheter is inserted into the channel first to a depth of 2 cm, then slowly immerse it deeper and deeper, until the entire tube on the neck does not enter inside.

Benefit: This technique is very helpful to those who seek brahmacarin's chawed life. So you can not only save sexual energy, but also convert. When practice will be mastered, the practitioner will be able to keep energy even after its eruption in the form of seed. Sublimated energy is then used in higher yogic techniques

Ashvini Muda

"Ashvini Mudra" means "horse position". This practice should be mastered before the study of Mul Bandhi.

Equipment 1 stage: Sit into any meditative pose. Relax the whole body and close your eyes. Squeeze the anus sphincter muscles for a few seconds. Relax an anus sphincter muscles for a few seconds. Repeat this as you can.

Execution technique 2 stage: Sit down as in stage I. Inhale with the simultaneous compression of the anus. Hold your breath without relaxing the anus muscles. Exhale with simultaneous relaxation of the anus. Repeat as many times as you can. Practice so much time as you can, if you do not have discomfort. Do not strain!

Benefit: Thanks to this technique, you can learn to control the anus sphincter as it does a horse. Having achieved perfection in this wise, a person is able to prevent the loss of pranic energy and preserve it for further use in constructive purposes, directing up to the highest chakram. The technique represents preliminary training to master the following exercise - Moula Bandhi.

Moula Bangdha

"Mula Bandha" means "root lock." The technique closes the mental energy in the highest sphere of the mental body and does not allow it to descend to the lower areas. Moula Bandha stimulates the work of Muladhara Chakra mental (imagined) abbreviation, awakening Kundalini.

At first, the student is proposed to reduce the muscles associated with Muladhara Chakra, but later, however, the exact location of Molandhara will be established by the practitioners themselves and, when the muscular reduction is no longer required, the student can simply mentally touch the desired point to his awareness. If the technique is brought to perfection, its delicate effects turns out to be much more efficient than the physical contraction of the muscles. However, at the first stages, students are invited to master muscle contractions.

Execution technique: It is advisable to sit in the meditative pose in which the knees relate to Paul: Sidzhasan and Siddha Joni Asana are the best, as pressure heels enhances gangs. Place your hands on your knees in Giana or Chin Wise. Close your eyes and relax the whole body. Concentrate on the so-called. "Trigger" Molandhara Chakra. The physical point of the "trigger" is located in men and women in different ways: in men, this point is located above the crotch, between genitals and anus, and in women on a cervix connecting the uterus with the vagina. Try mentally to touch this point and then squeeze it while holding the compression as much as you can. Relax. Perform once again.

Comment: Moula Bandhu is usually performed with Jalandhara Band-Hoi, with breathing held on the breath or in exhale.
Cautions: Moula Bandhi is at risk, gradually and carefully. Do not strain!
Benefit: Mula Bandha pulls up the Mladukhara area located between the anus and the genitals, upwards, which significantly increases the stream of the vital energy of Aphan Waiy in the lower parts of the body, below the navel, and connects this stream with another stream of vital energy - Prana Waire, between the lag and heart, reviving Common vital tone.

Ashvini - Vajrsoli - Moula (combinational and separately)

This practice will help the student to distinguish one technique from another. Often, students do not feel thin differences between Ashvini, Vajrololi and Moula and simply strain all the muscles of the pelvic region, without understanding what technique they are trying to perform. Such a relation to three various techniques can destroy the useful effect of all three.

Equipment 1 stage: Sit to the meditative position (preferably in Siddhasana or Siddha Yoni Asana) with Giana or Chin Wise. Perform a simple form of Vajrol Wood and try to keep the Vajrolol until 10 at a slow pace. Frequently from Vajroli. Perform Mula Bandhu. Hold it to 10. In the following days you can increase the account from 10 to 15 and higher.

Execution technique 2 stage: Perform Vajroli Mudra. Add to this wise Moula Bandhu. Add to these two Ashvini. Hold all three within a few seconds and then alternately free from Ashvini, Mouli and Vajaroli.

Remarks: This practice is appropriate to fulfill only when you learned three techniques separately. You need to concentrate on the delimitation of three separate compression zones. This practice is not connected with breathing. Perform it daily until you learn to distinguish one from another one.

Jalandhara Bandha

Jalandhar Bandha is a "chin castle" used to compress the pranic power in the part of the body that stimulates the energy of Kundalini.

Raja Yogic technique: Sit in Padmasana or Siddhasana (Sukhasana is inappropriate here, for the knees must touch the floor). Who can't sit in these asians, let Jalandhara gangs standing. Place your palms on the knee cups. Relate the body and close your eyes. Inhales deeply and, holding up breathing, tilt the head forward, pressing the chin to the yapper of the chest.

Pull your arms, resting in your knees, and at the same time lift the shoulders up and forward, which will allow your hands to stay in the castle. Hold your palms on your knees. Stay in this posture until you hold your breath. Then relax your shoulders, bend your hands, free yourself from the castle and raise your head. Exhale slowly. When breathing is normalized, repeat again.

Kundalini Yogic technique: This technique differs from the previous one that is performed without any tension of shoulders and hands. The head simply falls forward, and the chin rests in the jugular depression. In this form, the student mobilizes the mental capabilities of suggestion for the awareness of compression of prana in the upper part of the body.

Comment: Practice can be performed with breathing delay after exhalation. Bandha blocks breathing and squeezes various organs in the throat.
Warning: Do not breathe or exhaust until they freed from the castle, i.e. until you raised your head.
Restrictions: Jalandhara Bandhu should not make people suffering from hypertension, intracranial pressure or heart-of-crease.
Benefit: Soothes the body and mind, reduces heartbeat. In the throat area there are very sensitive receptors that can slow down or diminishing heartbeat. The thyroid and parathyroid glands are massaged and their function is improving, and has a beneficial effect on the entire body. This practice eliminates stressful states, reduces the possibility of repeating them, scatters anger and anxiety.

Uddiyana Bandha

The word "UDDDAYAN" literally means "fly up". In this gang of the diaphragm and stomach, as it should be taken up, compress Prana in the upper part of the body and, strengthening it, make it also take off up.

Execution technique: Sit into the meditative posture so that the knees lay on the floor. Put your palms on your knees. Close up and relax the body. Make a deep exhale and hold your breath. Perform Jandhara Bandhu. Squeeze the abdominal muscles inward and up. This is the final position. If you do not have discomfort, hold the lock as much as you can. Then relax the abdominal muscles, free from Jalandhar Bandhi and breathe. When breathing calms down and becomes natural, you can repeat.

Warning: Practice UDDDY only on an empty stomach and liberated intestines. Do not forget that before breathing it is necessary to eliminate the chin castle and lift the head.
Restrictions: This gang should not be practicing people who suffer from heartlife, ulcer of the stomach and a 12-rosewoman, as well as pregnant women.

Mach Bandha (or big castle)

Mach Bandha (or Big Castle) presents a complex of several gangs: Moula Bandhi, Jalandhar Bandhi, Uddiyana Bandhi and Bakhir Kumbhaki (breathing delays after exhalation).

Execution technique: Sit to Padmasana, Siddhasana or Siddha Yoni Asana with his hands on his knees. Make a slow and complete exhalation. Perform Jandhara Bandhu. Follow Uddka Bandhu. Perform Mula Bandhu. Keep this position while you are pleased. Holding the complex three gang, you can alternately move your attention from one gangs to another, concentrating on each. Load slowly from Moula Bandhi. Also slowly - from Udandyna Bandhi. Finally - from Jalandhar Bandhi. Raising your head, try to breathe a little more breathing and then breathe. Restore breathing and repeat the complex.

Warning: Mach Bandha is a mighty and effective technique. If you have not yet mastered three gangs separately, you should not start a complex of all three. In addition, it is necessary to know the preliminary stages of Nadi Shodhana Pranayama.
Benefit: The technique stimulates the flows of mental and spiritual energy and converts the extrovert mind into intrivpert, which brings close to meditation.

¹ Yoni - Sanskrit term, often used to designate the vagina (as, for example, in "Kama Sutra"), vulva, uterus. In a literal translation, it means "the womb", "place of birth" (

Vedic knowledge has countless different wise and their variations designed to help a person in gaining health and happiness. Interestingly, modern science has not remained indifferent, and checked the action of a wise on the human body.
