On January 24, 2001, already after my dismissal from the bodies of the FSB of the Russian Federation, in connection with the informing me by the officers of the military enlistment office that no measures were taken against false lieutenant colonel Petrenko V.G. still not accepted, he continues to be registered with the military registration and enlistment office, despite the information sent about him to the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Baltic Fleet and East Kazakhstan region, I was forced to apply to the Prosecutor General of Russia to investigate all the circumstances of the execution of documents to a civilian Petrenko V.G. ., as a "lieutenant colonel of the USSR Ministry of Defense - the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the KGB of the USSR - the FSK of the Russian Federation" by officials from among the senior staff of the former UFSK of the Russian Federation for the SZGV ....
I also repeatedly appealed to the leadership of the Department of Military Counterintelligence of the FSB of the Russian Federation, to the heads of the Directorates of the FSB of the Russian Federation for military districts and the Fleets of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, with a statement about the need to conduct operational-search measures to check all the military enlistment offices of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in order to identify the wanted false lieutenant colonel in them Ministry of Defense of the USSR-RF, KGB of the USSR-FSK of the Russian Federation Petrenko V.G., as well as the identification of other persons who have entered the military registers from among the officers and ensigns, without the presence of personal files, which would make it possible to identify persons registered in the military registration and enlistment offices , who were issued forged documents by officials of the former UFSK of the Russian Federation according to the SZGV, as officers of state security bodies, similarly to false lieutenant colonel V.G. Already in the course of the events personally carried out by me after the service, in the period 2001-2009, on the search for false lieutenant colonel Petrenko V.G., he was installed at the place of residence in the village of Lipitsy, Makushinsky volost, Opochetsky district, Pskov region, where he currently lives ( reference attached).

The question arises how many forms of military tickets for reserve officers of the GZ series, made in 1987 at the Gosznak printing house, were possibly stolen if they were in the UFSK of the Russian Federation under the SZGV, how did they end up with persons who had nothing to do with the Ministry defense of the Russian Federation, such as citizen Petrenko V.G., since in connection with my application to the FSB of the Russian Federation for the Moscow District, a significant number of persons similar to false lieutenant colonel Petrenko V.G. cases that had military tickets of the GZ series (!?).
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the issue related to the clarification of the circumstances of the presence of a military ID card of a reserve officer of the GZ series No. 105641 with the pseudo-lieutenant colonel of the KGB of the USSR-FSK RF, the USSR-RF Ministry of Defense Petrenko V.G., as well as other persons who have nothing to do with the Ministry defense of the Russian Federation, who were not reserve officers and never served in the KGB of the USSR-FSB, MO of the USSR-RF, is of paramount importance for ensuring the security of the country, its Armed Forces, the own security of the FSB of Russia, in connection with possible penetration into the country, its Armed Forces, criminals, members of illegal armed formations, illegal agents of foreign special services and other criminal elements who have entered the military registers in military registration and enlistment offices on forged documents!

The latter, in turn, are obliged to ensure the protection of their state. This fact was recognized by people in ancient times, which led to the creation of armies. Its representatives have always had honor and popularity in society.

However, in addition to the usual military formations, in each power there were security agencies that fought with the intelligence activities of other countries on their territory. Such organizations in most cases carried out their activities in the shadows in order to hide the methods and methods of work from prying eyes. Nevertheless, today the existence and functioning of many state security structures is not surprising, since they exist in almost every country.

As for Russia, our state also has a special agency called the Federal Security Service, or FSB. What this organization does, its structure and functions will be discussed later in the article.

Department structure

The Law "On the FSB" in many ways gives an understanding of the structure of the service presented in the article. This question is extremely interesting today. After all, the structure shows the priority of certain areas of activity of the service. Thus, today the system includes the following departments, services and departments of the FSB:

Special units

FSB officers perform completely different tasks when working in various structural units of the service. However, there are units that have special goals. Such a formation is the FSB Special Purpose Center. It consists of two departments: "A" ("Alpha") and "B" ("Vympel"). Units are engaged in the performance of special tasks. For example, Alpha is an organization created to fight terrorism, free hostages and solve other important tasks. Alpha fighters often perform tasks in Chechnya, Dagestan, etc.

As for the Vympel unit, it is one of the most secret to date. The number, command and personnel of the department are unknown. The activities of the organization are also shrouded in mystery. Its functioning can only be judged by rumors, according to which Vympel is used for activities abroad.

Features of the staff

Any state department of employees selects carefully. FSB officers in this case come to serve in the body as military personnel or as civilian personnel. At the same time, people who already have education in certain fields of activity are welcome in the department. In addition, there is a special academy of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. This educational institution trains representatives of officers for certain departments of the department.
