Also keep in mind that Yandex.Money works in the GIS GMP system and, in particular, sends data on paid fines to the traffic police immediately, and there they are updated within 24 hours. In this case, you do not have to prove anything, the information about the payment of the fine will be updated automatically. How do I know if a payment has arrived?

Open your billing history.
Find the required payment there and open it using the link (click on the name).

When paying for Rostelecom services, when you indicate your number or personal account (10 or 12 digits), you may receive a message "You have filled in the 'Phone number' field in the wrong format." In doing so, you are sure that the phone number is entered correctly. In this case, Yandex.Money support advises “to contact the specified service and clarify whether the payment terms have changed and whether you are entering your phone number correctly”. Of course, there is no point in contacting Rostelecom here.

I paid for the phone incorrectly (I put money on someone else's account)

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel a payment in Yandex.Money. Of course, you can try to contact support, but it is unlikely that you will be able to achieve anything, and you will waste time. Most likely, the amount was not very large, so just learn from this for yourself and be careful next time.
