In the preschool institution there is 1 group of early age and 2 groups of preschool age (1 group of different ages). All group rooms are equipped with the necessary furniture and teaching and learning materials. The development of the material and technical base is carried out in accordance with the Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Regulations, the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of DO.

Adoption of new Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Regulations. demanded that the leaders review the conditions created in the premises and bring them into line with the current legislation. In the preschool institution, a detailed analysis of the existing conditions was carried out and the necessary measures were taken to eliminate the inconsistency of the group rooms, the catering facility, the laundry, as well as planned activities that require additional financial resources. In turn, the Federal State Educational Standard for preschool education, presented certain requirements to preschool institutions for revising the play environment of group rooms. Special emphasis is placed on the subject-spatial organization of the group; basic equipment and individually oriented nature of the development environment.

Currently, in our preschool institution in all age groups, centers of activity are singled out, taking into account the age and the real possibility of orienting the child to the zone of proximal development. A developmental environment is carefully thought out and created, encouraging the child to research, show initiative and creativity, which, in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard, allows the educator:

2. Organization of meals in the preschool educational institution.

The organization of meals in a preschool institution is carried out on the basis of software in accordance with the 10-day menu, approved by the order of the head and drawn up in strict accordance with the current SanPiN, taking into account the physiological needs for energy and nutrients for children of all age groups and recommended daily food sets for organizing children's nutrition in preschool educational organizations.

Food preparation is carried out from products purchased by organizations under concluded contracts:

The 10-day menu does not allow repetitions of the same dishes or culinary items on the same day or on adjacent days. On the basis of the approved 10-day menu, a menu-requirement of the established sample is prepared daily, indicating the output of dishes. For each dish in the preschool institution, a technological card is introduced, which reflects the recipe and technology of the prepared dishes and culinary products. The actual diet corresponds to the approved 10 - day menu.

Three meals a day are organized in the preschool institution. In the intervals between breakfast and lunch, an additional meal is organized - a second breakfast, including a drink or juice and / or fresh fruit.

Breakfast consists of a hot dish (porridge, casserole, cottage cheese and egg dishes, etc.), a sandwich and a hot drink.
